<p>The aim of this study is to improve the skill of overhead passing in volleyball The aim of this study is to improve volleyball skills, specifically the overhand passing technique, by implementing the game-based method, so that the learning process can be successful. The method used in this study is action research. Action research aims to improve methods, processes, content, competencies, and learning situations. Prior to the implementation of the game-based method, the students of class IX.1 SMP Islam Nurul Iman Labuhan Maringgai had not reached the expected level of mastery, with only 27% of students achieving success. This was due to many students not mastering the overhand passing technique and not receiving instruction using the game-based method. The results of the study indicate that in Cycle I, the highest score achieved was 89, the lowest was 56, and the average score was 77.15. A total of 17 students, or 65%, achieved mastery. In Cycle II, the highest score was 89, the lowest was 67, and the average score reached 80.53. The percentage of students who achieved mastery increased to 85%, with 22 students successfully completing the task. The overhand passing skills of the students met the success indicator of 80%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of the game-based method can improve the learning outcomes of overhand passing in volleyball for the students of class IX.1 SMP Islam Nurul Iman Labuhan Maringgai. Therefore, it is recommended that the game-based method be applied to help students overcome difficulties in learning the overhand passing technique in volleyball, as it has proven to be effective in enhancing learning outcomes.</p>Listiana Rofiatul AzizahFerdi ZulkarnainTri Alim Saputra Hidayat

<p>Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat dan menetapkan bukti validasi untuk instrumen berbasis gamifikasi di Wayground (sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Quizizz). Instrumen ini memprofilkan keterampilan numerasi siswa SMP dalam dimensi domain. Instrumen tersebut divalidasi oleh para ahli melalui indeks Aiken. Itu diuji coba pada sampel 30 siswa, kemudian diuji kepraktisannya pada sampel 7 siswa. Selanjutnya, studi lapangan dilakukan dengan 68 siswa dari dua sekolah di Bengkulu, Indonesia. Cronbach's Alpha untuk reliabilitas adalah 0,974, yang menunjukkan konsistensi internal yang sangat baik. Temuan dari uji coba lapangan digunakan untuk melakukan analisis deskriptif. Ini membentuk profil kemampuan numerasisiswa SMP pada aspek domain materi, meliputi Bilangan, Geometri & Pengukuran, Aljabar, dan Data & Ketidakpastian. Temuan menunjukkan validitas, reliabilitas, dan utilitas instrumen baru. Siswa unggul dalam Bilangan, sementara Data dan Ketidakpastian merupakan hal yang paling sulit. Fitur gamifikasi Wayground meningkatkan keterlibatan dan mengurangi kecemasan saat ujian. Pelaporannya bermanfaat untuk pembuatan profil diagnostik yang terperinci.</p>Dina ApryaniMaya Adina Pratama

<p><em>This systematic review aims to analyze recent research on the implementation of the Discovery Learning model in physics education at the senior high school level during 2023–2025. The review focuses on publication trends, research methodologies, indexed databases, gender of lead authors, measured skills, and learning topics. The data were collected from Scopus, Google Scholar, and Sinta indexed journals. The results show that studies on Discovery Learning in physics have increased, especially in 2024, dominated by quasi-experimental methods. The most frequently measured skill was learning outcomes, followed by critical thinking. Most research topics were related to fluid statics, vector and kinematics, and circular motion. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah secara sistematis berbagai publikasi ilmiah yang membahas pemanfaatan multimedia interaktif dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar dalam rentang waktu 2020–2025. Kajian dilakukan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) menggunakan kerangka PRISMA yang mencakup empat tahap utama: Identification, Screening, Eligibility, dan Included. Sumber data diperoleh dari beberapa basis data terpercaya, termasuk Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan DOAJ. Dari total 50 artikel yang ditemukan, sebanyak 15 studi memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara mendalam. Sintesis hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar, pemahaman konsep matematika, serta capaian akademik peserta didik. Selain itu, penggunaannya mendorong rasa ingin tahu dan kepercayaan diri peserta didik melalui umpan balik langsung dan visualisasi konsep yang lebih konkret. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan multimedia interaktif yang dirancang selaras dengan karakteristik perkembangan dan kebutuhan kurikulum pada peserta didik sekolah dasar.</p>Maya Adina pratamaDina Apryani

<p>This research analyzes how global media construct the economic and political discourse surrounding the Iran-Israel conflict through financial news. The article titled “Wall Street will continue to monitor the Iran-Israel conflict next week, with stocks at an impasse” (CNBC, 2024) becomes the focus of this critical discourse analysis using Norman Fairclough’s framework. The analysis focuses on two of Fairclough’s dimensions: discourse practice and sociocultural practice.
