Abstract

This systematic review aims to analyze recent research on the implementation of the Discovery Learning model in physics education at the senior high school level during 2023–2025. The review focuses on publication trends, research methodologies, indexed databases, gender of lead authors, measured skills, and learning topics. The data were collected from Scopus, Google Scholar, and Sinta indexed journals. The results show that studies on Discovery Learning in physics have increased, especially in 2024, dominated by quasi-experimental methods. The most frequently measured skill was learning outcomes, followed by critical thinking. Most research topics were related to fluid statics, vector and kinematics, and circular motion. These findings suggest that Discovery Learning effectively supports conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills in physics learning.
